Thanks man. Looks like I'm mining my own transactions to the DEX. My deposit hasn't arrived yet, but my DEX withdrawal hás arrived in the local BCO wallet. So I guess I'm on the right chain.

Withdrawals should have been automatic, I don't know what's been taking so long.
Edit: OK I got back the funds. Problem got solved. Company isn't a scam but things work very slowly sometimes. Be warned.
Because more miners mine directly to CB wallet, so have more stuck at gateway.

There is no Discord channel mentioned at the exchange page. Latest "news" is from 2017. No reply after mailing "support". I wouldn't use financial service without support.

Withdrawal is missing and there is no way finding outgoing transaction ID, only internal exchange blocks with no tracking value at all.

I made a BTC withdrawal request 5 hours ago but nothing showed up in my wallet yet. I did RavenCoin withdrawals before and they arrived shortly after i made the request. I don't know if things work differently with bitcoin.
Two days ago. Withdrawals were for ALQO. No response from "support" yet, but ALQO trading is disabled since yesterday.
ALQO has some issues , please check alqo: thread, discord, twitter.

I cannot see my wallet balance in the "ACCOUNT" menu. At least the ones, that are on orders. So, if you have all your coins on orders, the "QTY" tab in the ACCOUNT overview is completely Zero. Please change this! Or is there another way I have overseen?

What happened to MDC trading? I can see the trading on the exchange page:
