Cryptobridge is a scam, they keep users coins and they do not refund you whenever they decide there is an issue with a blockchain. They are not decentralized as they preach everywhere, since you dont have access to the priv keys of the wallets you are depositing/withdrawing to before converting into fake tokens to trade inside the platform. Pure shit, dex my ass.
There is no difference between trading on CB or cryptopia or bittrex or any other centralized cryptoshit exchange. period.

CryptoBridge’s Fifth Staking Payout to BridgeCoin Stakers! Calm Before The Moon| February 15 th 2017

https://medium.com/@cryptobridge/cryptobridges-fifth-staking-payout-to-bridgecoin-stakers-9358f5e0648b

Has anyone made any kind of estimation on the potential income for example if CryptoBridge becomes relatively popular and most of the tokens get staked? In this bi-weekly report we can see that the amount of staking is increasing faster than the trading volume (which was actually decreasing). I was just wondering if the stakes (or dividends or whatever) become so small that it would be more profitable just hold the coins and sell them once the price is high.

As the dex exchanges become more popular in time, so the profit will rise for the BCO stakers, the volume already increased to around 1 M from few hundreds in the early stage. If you want to sell when the price is high just stake your coins for 1 month.

Valid points. Thanks. I enjoy investments that provide passive income so I have no intentions of selling my coins but I think it is always worth consideration if some pump pushes the price very high or increasing staking makes the yearly ROI extremely low.

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger
I believe you should make it easier for people to be able to logout and change accounts.
Even when I cleared browser cookies and cache I couldn't logout on my phone!!! Somehow it allowed me to make a 2nd account but now I can't login back to my 1st main account.

Edit: Ok after clearing the cache I could still see my old account name on top-right but when I tapped on the "lock" icon it asked me for username and password, so everything's good now. Grin

how can you choose what you get paid in for staking? and when do the payouts happen
What are you trying to question? All the information on how to stake, rewards amounts according to the DEX volume, is accessible to all, just search! Apparently payments occur every 15 days! At least initially was settled, maybe we have payment today! Grin

I would also like to know when the snapshot is taken and what is the easiest way to get the infromation about the total amount of staked coins and the total payout? This would be for my personal use in order to calculate estimates on the dividend %, development of the volume, and to make decisions on whether I should keep on increasing my position. CryptoBridge itself seem to only state that payout is bi-weekly.

Are you planning to support Ledger Nano S? I don't feel very comfortable to put my private key every now and then. Plus I have to save it digitally in order to copy/paste it.

This is one of the concepts im struggling with as well, I have been playing around with this exchange for a couple months now off and on and I still can't really say that i understand it.

So if the gateways hold your coins do they have access to those private keys? Also confusing is the difference between local wallet and cloud wallet....there are like 4 different kind of keys in your account...almost like steem...i dont even know which ones i need to backup.

I will say that the staking and bonuses they are offering are pretty juicy right now, staking BCO is very profitable i think

as i understand this, your coins are frozen in smart contracts and nobody can steal them. but if a governance or anything else would shut down the bridge your funds would be lost. idk about 4 keys sorry i was just using my old bitshares key in the unix application

So is there one key you can backup to have access to ALL the coins in your wallet? Or is just having the password to the cloud wallet enough?

I am also worried about future regulation attacking exchanges, after 4 years of crypto I am convinced that by FAR the biggest systemic risk to crypto is the exchanges and tether in regards to regulation...its sad but true that government and regulators kind of have the future of crypto in their hands....unless tech like this can become truly decentralized and government resistant.

I just started trying this exchange but I find it really un-convincing to use my private key every time... I just have it stored in cloud and copy/paste it either from phone or PC. I'm not keeping more than 20-30 euro there anyway.
But shouldn't it be easy to make it work with Ledger Nano S?

Wouldn't decentralized model make the exchange really slow for it's users?

There is some lag as all your actions have to enter the Blockchain, it feels like an exchange that's running under heavy load, but we are talking a few seconds delay at most. It's a small price to pay for being in control of your funds & not having to deal with withdrawal limits or giving up your personal information.

this is wrong. your funds are stored in centralized gateways and not in your hand. decentralized gateways are on the roadmap, but the team stopped completing their roadmap month ago. pls beware to see this exchange as a safe wallet

hi, all guys, be careful of  crypto-bridge.org, I mined all coins directly to crypto-bridge.org wallet, and after few days, I found that they have at least 1/3  deposits not in my crypto-bridge.org  wallet, they cheated my coins or  anything? today I send 3 times to crypto-bridge.org wallet, only received once.

hey dumbass haven't you seen all this post about not mining to an exchange address. all this new hate directed at cryptobridge seems like a coordinated attack from a competing establishment. I have been using the exchange from the first week it commenced and yet to have one problem with it, so it seem suspicious that all of a sudden all of you fucks start having an issue at the same time yet those of us that have been using the exchange from the beginning is yet to experience what you talking about.

many people same as my problem, I wanna know, can I get my coins back?

As most users know that use the exchange this is really not true. CryptoBridge did not "cheat your coins". If you have a deposit issue then simply join the discord on the support channel or send a ticket to their support email at [email protected] .  Try to get your issue resolved first before making accusations.

There will be numerous other users that have been using CryptoBridge and can vouch for them as an exchange.
