First, thank you for this phenomenal software.

Some questions:

Is there a telegram channel? (Sending email to your support email is not secure.)

Is there a plan to link up to Etherdelta?  It would dramatically increase coin offerings.

Could you list XMR, SIA, SHIFT, IOTA or is it possible for me to just add these coins myself like tokens on EtherDelta?

I downloaded the GUI and deposited some coins.  There is a button that says, "Get New Address".  If I get a new address will that jeopardize the currently deposited coins?

How can we help you?

Cheers

Staking Fees Reduced to Less than 0.2 BCO!

The BTS Committe has voted to reduce the fees for operations that take place on the BTS blockchain. As a result the staking fee is now significantly reduced to ~ 0.18 BCO. Now anyone, regardless of the number of BCO that they own can create a staking position.

with this the last critique on $bco will be gone, nothing stands in its way now!

Hello,

Is it possible to mine BCO by ccminer (1080Ti) Huh In the official pool there is one active miner...
I tried port:3333 but it is not working  Undecided
In my opinion BCO will be the best exchange in 2018  Cool

Regards.

Although you can still mine BCO, mining rewards ended December 1, 2017. So there's not much point really, other than if you want to make a transaction and need to progress the chain, although the devs do currently maintain the chain with a low hash rate.

Hi..I have over 400 Bridge coins and my wallet isn't syncing for i don't know how long. Can anybody tell me how to fix this? Or at least put some Addnode so i can start the syncing so i can stake. Thank you

The Devs are maintaining the blockchain however it may be tough to synch up depending how long you have to go.
Anyone have a bootstrap of the latest Chain for him?

Leave it open let it catch what it can when it can. then move to DEX and you wont have a problem.

It is just not moving and i have had my computer on for days on end now. I tried installing the new client from the site and get my wallet.dat file and put it in there, but nothing happens. Maybe i have a really old wallet?

or maybe someone could add some addnode..........add  files/nodes.  Thanks for all the help. i really feel like i am missing out on staking rewards Sad

It's syncing fine, have 5 peers... and just did some transfers.

THANKS for the nodes!

The explorer says 1.5 Mh...
Which is like a $50 scrypt gridseed mini pushing the chain... if that is correct = zero security.

Very excited that Footy Cash has been added to CryptoBridge.  Looking forward to our partnership!

Yes me too as I have been saying this for a while now that FootyCash should be listed on CryptoBridge and now that day has finally come so I'm very happy. Next I would like to see another great coin listed on here and that is DNR so hopefully the dev of DNR looks at getting listed on here.

I think you have confused me with someone else.  I have done some more looking in depth into the project and saw that it is a PoS coin.  Which explains the "low" hashrate.   I like the idea of it,  decoupling rewards from the platform that the exchange is running on.    So its a Bitshares proxy token exchange that rewards staking users with a portion of the transaction fees.

Just to be clear, BridgeCoin is not a Proof of Stake coin like other PoS coins. Yes, the word "stake" is used, but only in the sense of being a stakeholder, not in the sense of deciding who gets to verify the next block. The BCO chain is still PoW, but there's not much use for it as it's done its job (distributing BCO), and most of the coins are already on the exchange.

If the hash rate is really that low...
Then it has to be a "private" chain with only proprietary, closed source nodes able to verify tx and move chain...
Otherwise anyone with a $300 40 Mh Zeus scrypt asic could have > 90% of hashing power and mess with it.

All the BCO whales are holding massive positions on that chain... so it must be secure Smiley

Also, I love the way the volume is building across all coins...
Liquidity begets more liquidity... and I see no reason why volume will not continue parabolic growth indefinitely Smiley

Are there any plans on adding 2FA to bridge?

Can't do it - it's a decentralised exchange. 2FA is centralised. CryptoBridge is not.

As discussed numerous times the BCO blockchain served its purpose of distributing BCO fairly via public minning from July - December 2017. This has nothing to do with security, good fud effort however.   It is only maintained to allow anyone that might need to transfer BCO to the DEX to do so and nothing else.

So what is preventing an attacker from creating mischievious forks?  The purpose of having a high hashrate is so that an attacker cant just come on the chain and approve transactions that arent valid, or changes to how the blockchain operates.  There are mitigating solutions for this like DPoW, but you still need a decent bit of hashrate. I have just stumbled on this coin today as I saw that it was listed in our BarterDEX,  I am just curious about it because that hashrate is rather low for a PoW coin as pointed out.
This guy does not leave the BridgeCoin thread, it's amazing that they still debate with it! He wants attention and most likely get BCO at cheap prices because he knows he will hardly have a great opportunity, well he is doing his part.

I think that the BCO price will rise a lot in the long term, to be perfect we just need to add XRB, UNIFY, HUSH and other kind of coins, that will be surely nice!!!!
