Progress is being made on the update to the CasinoCoin client. I'm targeting finishing it up and testing it by this weekend, and I will need to coordinate with the pool operators early next week since this update requires a hard fork.

What will happen with my coins stored on my wallet? Are they save after this operation and hard fork? Or do I have to send them to Cryptsy for example first and take them back afterwards?

Your coins in your wallet are safe, it's just a client update, just have to download the new client and you're good to go!

Ok, so I have to download and install a new wallet when the client is updated. Do I have to replace any .dat file or backup something?
Is it so that when I only start the new updated wallet, everything is ok?

Also just added my first original update to MPOS!

Ok, congrats

You do not have to touch anything except for what comes with the new wallet.

can you explain in a short post whats up with the casinocity website? will it also host poker cash games and tournaments? this is a lot of development work and seals with clubs website is a tough competition. there are so many btc casinos out there.
I guess we will have to start of small and implement new ideas as they become relevant. This coin is a long shot, but it has a great community and dedicated developers, and adding to that, the coin in itself is really good compared to many other ones out there. We are aiming for the ultimate gambling experience, a casino with a unique coin is simply more awesome than any other casino!

Besides that, later on other exclusive onlinecasino's can implement CSC (with or without BTC). A win-win for both. Not a multiculti crypto (moon, doge, lotto etc)casino. That 's  the way I see it.

CSCcity is the starting point. A solid base to grow.

I finished up with the CasinoCoin mining calculator - it can be found here:
http://casinoco.in/mining-calculator

Also complete is the CasinoCoin exchange rate calculator which can be found here:
http://casinoco.in/exchange-rates

The CasinoCoin homepage header was also updated to include CasinoCoin relevant stats such as: CSC/BTC rate, CSC/USD rate, network hashrate and current difficulty.

Very nice! Thanks a lot.

Sorry if i missed you talking about CSC City but 3 pics on there look very squished.

Roulette Table, Casinocoin city at the way bottom, CasinoCoin Cards in the middle, the opening soon of CasinoCoinCity image made by someone here looks hideous in the middle of the page when it pops up. Other than those minor issues, it looks incredibly aesthetically pleasing. Amazing job, adds more confidence to the coin. Let me know how we can keep on moving this forward.

Cheers!

I did some mining over the weekend, got some coins, yay. But tried to figure out were to purchase some casinocoin can someone point me to a link to get some info and learn how to buy csc.  thanks

Hey there, you would need to have some bitcoin at the moment to buy CSC. The best exchange right now to trade is cryptsy.com
Cheers

nodes plz, i can't sync

As for the uglyness I changed it back to the normal template for the time being.

It is more sprankling (and inviting to play Wink) with the good colors, that's all. Looks very, very good right now.

Looking good there. They should implement a Fiat to CSC trade and the coin is good to go!

Is the background on CasinoCoinCity supposed to default to black? It looks a bit ugly to me.

In color is much better indeed.

a question, what happens to my current coins in my crypsty wallet once a fork occurs? What is the procedure that is expect to happen with the various exchanges?

sorry for the noob question

If a fork occurs, it will affect all coins generated after the fork, your currently mined coins will be safe.

People need to mine at other pools!! csc.hash.so is too powerful right now, I have moved mine away for the time being and will switch. Looks like we are good (update)
My pool isn't really all that big. There are bunch of much larger instances in the network, for example this wallet: http://altexplorer.net/address/CGxVM2GRAuSK8xv4dkQCi4b6UB587kXiRB is currently taking most of the blocks. It might be someone else, but the net hash rate also jumped to 2Gh/s, so I wouldn't be super worried about my 70Mh/s pool Smiley
