It seems overwhelming but each item has it's own small team working on them, in a most efficient way. 

So what you're saying is indeed what is happening, many frequent milestones constantly rolling out

 haha    Not really, in fact, maybe an anti-teaser at best!

 Mainly to show everyone wondering what the heck is going on with this project, and that quite a lot has been going on. When we kicked off the script, it very naturally started sounding way too much like the "What is Bitcoin" video... which is very very good. Tough to beat! Not that it's a contest, but heaven forbid we piggy-back on their script.

 But we are a crypto-currency forked off BTC itself, so naturally its very tough to dissociate while at the same time capture the attention of a newcomer.

 So that has basically been the brainstorm, how to present ourselves in a simple, yet fully informative way, and not sound like a spin-off from the the BTC video, for a total newbie out there in the world.

 I thought it would be fun to show you guys a little peek behind the scenes regarding the community funded video.

 

There are a many files missing from the other participants, because I opened them just to see, copy, paste etc, but never saved them. These are just my personal files. Brilliant example of collaborative work by MyeVideo, Minotaur, fernando, tungfa, Udjinm6, tantestefana and myself, if you don't mind me saying so...

Many hours of brainstorming and debate, personally I think we've struck gold. We ping-ponged many ideas, angles, motifs, and lexica, and very quickly and naturally zoomed into a 99,99% final version.

We're basically done by tomorrow night and then hand over the script to the company for them to get going.

 Just remember this will be a video for newcomers, so don't get your hopes up for a hollywood action packed blockbuster!

I have one problem with Dash i always invest i a coin with the potential to grow to 1$....But with dash it will never happen

I don't think you missed anything, this is an amazing point of entry and the project is setting itself up for long term success. The problem for most altcoins is that people get involved already thinking about an exit strategy so they have no long term vision.

With Dash I have no exit strategy neither does the rest of the development team, we are just going to work hard for years to come and when real life happens and you need to spend some of your coins the idea is that you can spend Dash directly for whatever you need.

The masternodes can be made infinitely scalable to allow for billions of transactions and NOT have memory problems, Moore's law breakdown or giant block sizes that have to be doubled every year or more like with bitcoin.

Currently can be stuck in a 40 minute memory pool, transaction numbers increasing all the time, you see where btc is heading?

State of the Union

There are many things happening at the same time, I guess Dash is finally growing in a way were different groups of people are working on independent projects that together will help realize our vision. These are just a few examples of things Dash is working on:

1. Implementing project management processes based on Scrum for communication, development, quality control, etc.
2. New partnerships with recognized companies in the crypto sphere.
3. Decentralized governance mechanism and first provable blockchain based voting system.First to encourage participation by stake holders in development and promotion projects for Dash.  But this mechanism has a lot of potential to help establish structures for management of any decentralized organization.
4. Animated introductory video about Dash to be distributed to publications outside of the crypto forums.
5. Preparing a potential online media campaign to be presented to the community assembly once the governance project is in place.
6.Mobile wallets with InstantX and Darksend support in both Android and iOs
7. Bitcore multisig library support, important for many projects and partnerships that are on the works.
8. Video guides to help people do many things, setting up wallets, encrypting, keeping your coins safe, etc. And soon setting up masternodes and other more advanced things. All to be found on Dash youtube channel.
9. Updating and building the new official wiki with Jira and Confluence.
10. Development of v12 with many improvements in efficiency and removing the reference node.
11. New official Chinese mandarin www.dashpay.io site to be launching soon after the russian and spanish versions were a success.


This is not an official list, just the things that come to my mind right now, that we are working on. There are more things to come this year but this is more or less the state of the union right now. Although like I said I may be missing some things as there are many smaller groups working on things now and is getting harder to keep up with everything that is happening at the same time. Anyway I think that my list covers a good percentage of what is going on.

I doubt anything could be higher than the Dash International Space Station.
