Very cool...thank you! But the last mandatory update/protocol bump was April 9, so I'm confused?

I never saw it go off.  I think the last update was done with enforcement on.  So I've been wondering about it myself.  I guess it didn't require a spork??

To turn off enforcement that number is pushed to some future date.
To turn back on it can be any number in the past.
