Can we just stop interacting with the guy?  He has been given advice that he has not bothered to follow.  Hence, this is obvious trolling.

As other have posted, Darksend is working and working quite well.
...

Yes, yes, yes off course, darksend is not slow...

....

After 3 hours, 12.1 dash in my darksend balance for normaly 20 dash in 2 rounds....
Your technology is bullshit

masternode count
1773

Dash Core version v0.11.2.17-e29b66d-beta

Nodes 11.2.16 are unstable and can cause slow mixing because
- there is ~1h timeout for them to drop off the list
- some locked up nodes still in list cause the can be pinged but they do not process messages in the right way

Give it some time to update most nodes to 11.2.17 https://dashninja.pl/masternodes.html#mnversions and try to mix again pls

Mandatory?  Protocol bump?

it isn't mandatory, but you'd better update or you MN may crash. Not a protocol change tho.
or your local wallet may lockup  Grin (in very rare cases but still..) so yeah, it's not mandatory but highly recommendable  Wink

No and no.

Awesome.  Good timing, after a week I think one of my nodes just went down.  I'll update later today.

I created a new proper wallet.dat with the new client QT dash v0.11.2.16-8e8c117-beta
I transfered all my dash into it.
After that 0 dash into my darksend balance. Normal, new wallet.

I started a new process darksend running for 20 dash in 2 rounds.
2h30 after I have just 12 dash into my darksend balance.
All this with the last version v0.11.2.16-8e8c117-beta

So, I repeat, dash is a semi anonymous, beacause darksend is very slow.
I have the time to sleep before my 20 dash will be anonymous...

So for 20 dash = 3hours, what's time for 500 dash ? 5 days ??

How does speed correlate to anonymity? Just because something is unfortunately slow doesn't have any baring on the anonymity factor--so not sure where you are going with semi-anonymous statement. I've said my peace. The tasteful strikeout and ongoing bantering vs sending your logs to the dev to further look into the slow down is unfortunate, but then again, you pulled the same shit with Daesh during the name change. Grow up or get out.

I don't understand that way of thinking "Darksend takes time (for you) so it's semi anonymous" ? What makes a coin anonymous is not the duration of the process but its quality.
Tell your issue in that thread https://dashtalk.org/threads/11-2-dash-release.4515/ , send your logs to the dev team and change your attitute.

Follow what ?
I can't copy my old wallet.dat into the new folder dash ??
Normaly it's just a rebranding.

Old folder is : .darkcoin, new folder is: .dash
I took my file wallet.dat of my old folder and past it into my new folder.
Where is the error ?

Configurations Have Been Moved!

Configurations have been moved from .darkcoin to .dash! You’ll need to do the following when updating your client. First close Darkcoin and backup your data directory.

Windows: %APPDATA%\Darkcoin\
Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/Darkcoin/
Unix/Linux: ~/.darkcoin/

After that rename it to Dash for Windows/Mac, or .dash for linux. Next go open the directory and locate the darkcoin.conf file, rename this to dash.conf.

Next, simply update to the newest Dash client and restart.

Are you deaf?

I just copy my wallet.dat into the new folder generated by the  client QT dash->>> .dash
So, I run the Client QT dash, sync blockchain, close it, copy my wallet.dat into the new folder .dash and run it again.
Very simply procedure
But, Now, it's not important, I created a new wallet and transfered all my dash into it.
ok, this is what I understand for your case.
1. you have darksend balance showing in v11.1.x. client.
2. by using v11.2.x client , the darksend is improved as well. the darksend balance calculated by new client may not match with your pre-mixed balanced from old client. So, it shows different.
3. the total balance is same which is no problem.
then you can use your pre mixed balance by using coin control feature selecting input from mixed addresses with out worries about darksend balance on new client.
again, the reason is darksend feature is improved in new version as well so your pre mixed may just not matched to new calculation of darksend so it is just not show as darksend balance. the balance still in your wallet and pre-mixed balance as well.
Hope you understand my poor English.

Fastest I've ever experienced.
It definitely works.

And if you were really interested you'd respect the time people have given to responding to you.
As opposed to rude, repeatedly going into teenage troll "it are broke it are the suckz."

I'll just leave this here:

After 2h I have juste 12 dash into my darksend balance, wouahhhhhhhhhhh very fast....

I see, you just can't read and follow instructions!
Sorry but in this case I cannot help you.

Good luck!

Currently reading "The Devil's Dream: Book 1" in which the main character comments about how easy it is to buy things anonymously with bitcoin.

The very first time I ever read about bitcoin, literally my first thought was "everything you do is tracked in a ledger...that doesn't sound very anonymous to me." It's not that hard to comprehend!

When are people going to get past this misconception? Somebody should ask Russ Ulbricht if bitcoin is anonymous.

Exactly! I guess it will take a few massive incidents of someone tracking a lot of funds for people to realize.

A lot of people have now spent time trying to help you.

If you follow the advice given and it doesn't work for you submit the logs.

Ignored for rudeness and general tantrum flap.

Tired of this whiny bitch, ignored. His only goal was to try to show that darksend is broken which it really isn't.  Same posts over and over without following instructions or any logic.  Fuck off. Good riddance.. Don't like it, don't use it.

Maybe it was an honest mistake or he wants to buy lower  Grin
