So just to clarify for my own peace of mind, I'm going to update my local wallet from 0.11.2.16 to 0.11.2.17.
I've downloaded the new wallet.
What are the best steps to take to bring both my local wallet and my masternode up to current (.17). Just a quick numbered list of those steps. I don't need detailed tutorial.

You need to setup masternode.conf accordingly https://github.com/darkcoin/darkcoin/blob/master/doc/masternode_conf.md and issue "masternode start-many"
Note: it will NOT SPLIT you MN reward in such proportions, it will REDIRECT your FULL MN payment to donation address in % times on average.
So 10% means 1 of 10 of your MN payments on average will go to donation address you set in that config instead of being payed to MN address.

There seems to have some minor bugs with .16. I've just done the update to .17 for my all my masternodes as well as my wallets. I will be posting in the next hour how long it takes to Darksend 50Dash. Stay tuned.
Honestly, I wouldn't even try to do any meaningful metric on how long it takes until the majority of the masternodes are updated and right now, only 32% are on v17

I do have one question as we wait to all us MN operators to update to .17. I have a wallet with 10 MN's on it...and I also have a Testing wallet on it as well. I do not want to Darksend mix any of the MN dash, how do I make it darksend the coins from the "Testing" wallet?

But to be 1000% sure you can use coincontrol feature and lock 1000 DASH inputs manually
EDIT: I guess that was partially true, I think I found another way to accidentally break 1000 DASH input, need to double check this (again). Please use manual lock for now

Ok, so Darksend is not available à 100% for the moment, because updates.
How many updates in total ?
Each time, all masternodes must be install the new update.
So the network is never available at 100% full time
Yesssss, 4 hours 20 minutes for 15.5 Dash into my darksend balance.
Perhaps 5 hours for 20 dash, so for 100 dash, I will need of 1 day.
Masternode count 1715
I think its a fair enough concern, not speaking to Sangoku, but as there become more and more adoptors of DASH and issues arise, I think its important to understand there will be instances where bugs might arise. We will need to be able to guide people on how to deal with said issue. Of course right now during beta development...this is more crucial. I believe when there are valid concerns, we need to help where we can. And explain technical issues....in this case...if I had not come on here and taken the time to read through a few dozen posts to learn there is a small bug....I would of had no clue why my MN's are acting up and possibly why Darksend wasn't performing at top level.
This brings an important point....we should have a support link on Dashpay.io where people can go to find help and track any current network problems. I don't think using BCT as our support link is all that professional...IMHO.

That was a major update with network messages incompatibility between protocols + bug (my bad actually

+1 I see 36% there https://dashninja.pl/masternodes.html#mnversions but definitely chances to hit locked MN are still pretty high

I actually looked back into his history.. it's like he's been hacked. Or wants cheap coins. Or is just having a very french tantrum.
but either way the rudeness and unproductive attitude to people taking time to try and help is staggering.
