I still like the name Darkcoin more. If someone forks Dash and calls it Darkcoin i would buy into that. Grin

Then you really have no clue about investing in valuable assets. You buy the product not the name...but I am afraid you have no idea what I just wrote

Quantum entangled and jump drive assisted messages
Coins are constantly siphoned off for new masternodes and considering there are only about 2880 coins minted per day, and 1154 goto masternode holders who probably hold onto theirs to build more nodes, this only leaves 1728 per day spare.
http://178.254.18.153/~pub/masternode_count.png
So using Crowning's masternode data and selecting 2 points that fullfil recent gradient trend lines we have:

7th February = 2100 nodes
21st March = 2400 nodes

Time interval =42 days

So, nodes per day coming online = 300 / 42 = 7.143 masternodes
Coins needed for new nodes = 7143 Dash

subtracting the total coin mint per day to offset,
7143 - 2880 = 4266 coins required per day fresh into the market to maintain current masternode climb rate,

Conclusions

1) This is an unsustainable climb, at some point all the reclusive coins must be used up for new nodes
2) when the coins are used up, the incremental node gradient will taper off and masternodes will be harder to acquire due to shortage.

Speculations
When there is a shortage to further increase the masternode count, there will a 'Dash' run on the last few thousand available from bag holders resulting in a wild frenzy for whats left before the miners and node holders have almost complete control of any new coins to the market.

My left column on my forum page spits names of known Trolls by the second....I can only assume the one trick pony they ride....let me quess...INSTAMINE!!!! OH NO...please no not that again say its not so...this was instamined and I think it matters....to NO ONE ever.

The great thing is....every single moment that passes it becomes less and less relevant.   As evident by the price, no one else cares either.  The trolls screams become whimpers of despair fading into the night until they realize....they are no longer relevant.  Bye Bye Trolls!  Wink  Sorry to hear your screams, now whimpers of Instamine on the world that cares not and is falling on deaf ears.  Good day.

I love how all this trolling keeps bumping the thread free publicity. Who would have thought a Monero coin soon to be obsolete by Zerocash and basically worthless is helping Dash promotion. They are useful after all!  Cool

It's all mathematics...!
Me two...looks like building a base like the old mtgox days! Hmmm

Thats a seriously monster chart for sure … you can almost hear the distant roar of momentum building under it …

[ Full disclosure: I develop trading software, I day trade, and nothing I say should ever be confused with investment advice lol ]

Agreed! It's good to have your ear to the tracks! You can hear it way before you can see it...

Crypto is the separation of Power and State.

The slippery slope of the DRK DASH INSTAMINE SCAM!!!!!!!!

They can't handle truth.

These cultists would rather change the subject to off-topic coins and gossip than discuss the instamine and the questionable legality of their HYIP.

@iCEBREAKER, it's you on this video ?

Unlikely. You can find him and his sleazy mug right here: http://hashfast.org/List_of_Lies

Such an old tactic, you know? Calling legitimate people scammers to divert the attention from your own scams, false promises, lies and criminial behaviour.

Classic!
Is that really him?

I thought the stench of desperation in the constant fud posting was sad, now i see its something more sinister entirely.

Most likely. He ominously disappears after you say his name, kinda like a reverse Beetlejuice.
Eduardo, Eduardo, Eduardo!!
There, now we have a little peace and quiet.

Thing is: If you were trying to sell non existent ASIC miners to clueless idiots and along comes some guy with a new algorithm that ruins your scamfest, you'd probably go full trolltard like him as well Wink

Well it's gonna need to break out pretty soon - Momentum wise it's looking like a breakout downwards on longer time frames but hey, I wouldn't be surprised if Darkcoin just keeps on going.

Funny thing about TA is it can be read so many ways … to me that looks like base building above support @ ~ .0165 and then starts a gradual ascent again lol.

Most important tool in TA, ie volume, is missing from your chart. Using volume and price action you can only read this one way: this is an uptrend and coins are being gobbled up at this new higher price range as soon as they become available by short-term traders and weak hands. Unfortunately for those doing the gobbling there are fewer and fewer coins available at this price point and very soon the weak hands will be gone at this price point at which point price must rise with volume to the next higher price range at which point we play this game all over again.

Poor poor trolls, so utterly clueless about how their posting in here or in the altcoin section has zero effect on market or price but instead
damage their own community and their own coin .. giving it an extremely bad reputation.

even if monero was technically superior (spoiler: is not) i would sell that coin with such a team behind.

how to invest money on a project where the lead developer spends all day spitting on others people's work? isn't he supposed to build something amazing? is monero still without gui? anyway don't really care, everything related to monero now is on my ignore list forever.

once again money made monsters out of humans. we should all support each other and amaze each other with great solutions for a shitty world... instead we stab each other for envy and greed. disgusting.

Agree 100%...its pathetic and an embarrassment!

Surely the point taken from the Monero "devs" behaviour in the face of the latest DASH rally is that it demonstrates how little faith they have in the technology they are getting paid to develop?
