Imagine if McDonalds came out with a different name? People have associated with that name for their entire lives. Most of us have been here for an extremely long time, and a name change will cause a massive change. People know DRK. You would have to start over marketing wise to get to the point you are at now.

Its funny that you mentioned that....my wife also thought it was a far better name really love it. I then asked her why she never said anything about not liking Darkcoin and she said...because "I thought you were very passionate about it and thought it was what you liked."

And in there lies the problem...we dont have enough women giving us input on this....women influence over 80% of purchases around the world. Seems like its an important demographic to seek input from Wink

It's a good start. I like it. I think, if and when DASH becomes official, I will need to throw some DASH towards a design contest. Too early now though, as @etoque pointed out.

I actually like this. Try it without the DASH branded on the dog. Make the dog be a simple mascot. Make it so that any picture of a dalmation with blue dots would be recognizable as the DASH dog!
