Dude there is a whole thread about this, The above information is one of the reasons things were called off with XC. Here is my origional post on the matter https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.9389556 . I posted the SS to clear up the facts and allow people to focus on the facts. I was threatened numerous times to say that the statements were altered when it was just thought it was an irc txt conversation.

The Proposed DRK-SDC merger was from weeks ago, Like aug-sept.

DRK and SDC have much respect for each other, no need to go down this path.
