I feel sorry for you that you did not discover DRK until May and bought a few coins at peak which you have sold with at loss. What seems to be a logical course of action in your case is to badmouth the currency and hope everyone's soup gets as sour as yours.

There are 2 options : you are either dumb (shoot yourself in the foot if you hold a lot of DRK) or you are trying to manipulate the market (trying desperately to attract DRK investors to one of your investments let's say Cloak). I vote for #2

Yes! Wait until Friday. My B-day is Friday... RC4 for my B-day. Is there any such thing as a better B-day present? RC4, bewbs, and stacks of ammo... I don't think it will be possible to feel bad that day.
Take the next two days to find the collateral fee bug and release it un-neutered. Jyst for me. :-p

I suppose you need to provide at least your name, address, and phone number when ordering the card. Do you need to provide ID? If not, you could give fake name, anonymous po box, and use prepaid sim.
If you can't stay anonymous, its usefulness is probably not even worth the trouble of ordering one.
its still a nice little bridge for consumer adoption, as bitcoins are represented as a tangible and useful item for noobs getting into cryptocurrency/bitcoin. While it may not be perfect, its a solid step in the right direction.
