No wonder vertoe and Amanda left.

Amanda left ? I hope not

Has there been any response to this article ? https://themerkle.com/is-there-such-a-thing-as-a-master-private-key-for-the-dash-ecosystem/

Is there really a way to roll back transactions ?

It seems we are getting plagued harsh articles as of late

Last I heard is that Amanda has some health issues she is struggling with.

With regards to the merkle article, I think Joshua's comment there is pretty clear and accurate.

I missed the obvious. Your correct the comments explain everything very clearly. Hopefully Amanda recovers quickly. Although I haven't watched a video of hers in quite some time she does a tremendous job

The article must have been written by IceBreaker:

As a result, the Dash developers quickly disabled the InstantSend feature, which allows users to create anonymous transactions.

All credibility of the article is gone now.

Legit projects like ETC ...

 Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

You are funny, man. A project that delivers nothing is legit ? Hahaha, you should work in the circus as a clown.

BTW: Dash is number 6, Monzero number 10, conclusion Dash > Monzero

oh boy

and so it begins...

wait, what? is there going to be a dash fork soon? why are they forking the testnet?!? i wonder if we will be able to put the classic dash on exchanges too

My dear little dwarf friend, you must be relatively new to trolling on a public forum, so i'm gonna forgive your very very poor attempt at it.

May i suggest you take notes from Icey's trolling posts, his posts are all aiming at one specific goal : trying to get an emotional response from the community he is trolling. Now i have to admit his success rate is a bit at the low side, but i do think he could be a good sensei to you. It could take you several years but with hard work and endurance, i'm sure you will get there one day.

Well first off no gov can stop a decentralized program so they can outlaw it all they want it will not disappear because they want it to.
Drugs are also decentralized and they can't stop it, but they can make it doesn't go mainstream. The same can happen to your drugs dealer coin. Dash on the other hand has more use cases so privacy ban will not hinder Dash to go mainstream.

with that being said I was replying to a question in the Monero thread
Yes, I saw it. The bitcointalk uber troll profitgenerator posed this question. The guy starts technological discussions while have no clue at all how crypto technology works. So of course he has to throw questions he gets here in the Monero thread. He clearly doesn't know why he invested in Monero in the first place, lol. But the guy is a joke and over time more and more people are getting to know him.

GL with this scamcoin.
Dash doesn't need good luck. Things will be fine with Dash. Good luck to your scamcoin, especially with getting a decent marketcap.

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it
send alot of the little fags that use it for dark shit to jail.
In case governments forbid privacy coins than Monero is useless and will immediately implode because it will become a useless coin. Dash on the other hand, even if they have to remove the privacy aspect, Dash still has value because their focus to bring crypto to the masses.

Well first off no gov can stop a decentralized program so they can outlaw it all they want it will not disappear because they want it to. Did you see showtime has been mining monero behind their streamers backs like the pirate bay? thats some real shitty moves on their part, hope they get sued.

with that being said I was replying to a question in the Monero thread and didn't even notice that the quote had been linked from this one so once again I will have to unsub this thread, GL with this scamcoin.

Hello everybody,

We'd like to introduce Flyp.me, the private accountless exchange that doesn't require any registration, email or ID verification: only your crypto address.

Flyp.me shares 50% of the profits generated by the exchange and embraces distributed policy-making. It accepts/exchanges Dash among 12 other cryptocurrencies with 78 trading pairs.

The exchange is already live and the Flyp.me API has been released to allow businesses and developers to make exchanges and accept payments in 13 cryptocurrencies.

Flyp.me is developed by HolyTransaction, the first multicurrency web wallet. It supports Dash.

We have also partnered with Helperbit to allow donations to NGOs in Dash.

Got any questions? Join the conversation on Telegram and Bitcointalk. Thanks

PrivateSend Best Practices

Ever since the early Darkcoin days, a significant portion of Dash’s users has had a keen interest in privacy. PrivateSend renders transactions untraceable, and has never been broken, despite sizable bounties for doing so and plenty of haters out there who would love nothing more. Recently, a paper highlighting the BlockSci blockchain analysis tool conducted an experiment using cluster analysis to try to trace PrivateSend. While their approach has no bearing on regular PrivateSend activity in the vast majority of cases, cluster analysis techniques work in theory for some very edge use cases, and some Dash users may want to make sure their privacy is preserved to the highest degree possible. This article aims to give a few general best practice tips for making use of PrivateSend airtight.

blah blah blah lied to the public blah blah might have to give you that one blah blah

Nice try Icey, but as you can see..

What I ment to say with regards to the fix of InstantSend is that update 12.2 is still work in progress and that the code that handles this specific fix is therefore in theory still subject to changes. Personally I think they did already fixed it in 12.2

Ah, in that case I don't give Icey that one.

 Grin

I took it back.

Btw that screenshot says 'Future release, v12.2.x, work in progress', not 'Instant send work in progress'

Never mind keep trying. You might win a point one day but for now you are still rekt

...retarded statement...shill dumb fuck he is.....READ THE FUCKING open source code...this retard...llieing and spinning bullshit...Listening to this retard....paid shill...shit coin that is going to implode and send alot of the little fags that use it for dark shit to jail.

Well we can always aspire to your level of intelligence.

In fact we could dream of surpassing it to the point where we can tell the difference between a guy and a gall's forum handle Wink

Doomed to see the future and unable to prevent it

1. In Monero, you can not see the blockchain.
2. Inputs and outputs are obfuscated in a mess.
3. Which by the way, how do you know there is no key to unravel?
4. Dash does this with logic, not mathematical trickery.
3 again:  Who can know if there is a key to unravel a "one way encryption"?  This part I may be ignorant on, but as I can't understand it, I don't trust it.
5. They already had their system cracked a couple of years ago, with all previous transactions exposed, how do we know that won't happen again?

...Blah Blah blah

1. Of couse you can see the blockchain what a retarded statement
2. Umm like obfuscated mess is by design for fungability, what a shill dumb fuck he is.
3. I dunno maybe READ THE FUCKING open source code!
4. If this retard thinks the 2 are mutually exclusive then he is just a fool with a grade school level education and shouldn't be commenting on anything crypto.
5. they NEVER had their system cracked (this guy is lieing and spinning bullshit) in an earlier version from the inherited code some transactions were able to be linked, they were mainly just payments from pools and as the mixing level was not enforced back then it is completely understandable. All of this is addressed in the Monero research lab documents.

Listening to this retard is not only a waste of your time it is foolish as he is a paid shill trying to pump a shit coin that is going to implode and send alot of the little fags that use it for dark shit to jail.
