You can stop your node at any time and dispose of your coins as you see fit. Plus, about the profits the total coins mined daily are the same so nothing is changing 90% of block rewards go to miners 10% go to masternodes, so it is the same. Some masternodes may sell some of their profit coins some may keep them just as miners, there is no change in the daily output of fresh coins into the market. So I disagree with you but thank you this may clarify this for others.
