Anyone know precisely what time the hard fork will happen? Or which block?

Thanks!

Also I am on  "version" : 100806.  This is correct right?

how come price is not moving at all.

People are probably a bit concerned about getting in at the top. Once the masternodes start getting paid, I expect there will be an uptick.

still a good volume going on (nearly LTC 24 hour volume) …. pretty good

2    Litecoin   $ 316,233,117   $ 11.05   28,623,804 LTC   $ 6,960,072   -3.76 %
3    Darkcoin   $ 55,315,680   $ 12.80   4,320,135 DRK   $ 6,069,032   +2.76 %

Hey guys,

This one beats me and I have no idea what can be the problem.

I am running on Giga 7950 GPU and it works and runs smoothly. I have tried mining different types of Algo on this and everything runs smoothly.

When I run Scrypt, N-Scrypt, Keccak etc on my miner, I get a normal sound from the rig. Please see audio file below while on Scrypt, N-Scrypt, Keccak etc:

http://vocaroo.com/i/s1JtVurpH3Da

Now when I switch on SGMiner and mine x11, I get a weird buzzing noise that is louder than the actual fan noise. See audio file below. If I close the SGMiner / x11 miner, the noise goes off right away. The temp and fan speed are perfect in SGMiner and its runs and hashes just fine, without any HW errors, but the buzz is annoying and difficult to sleep in the night cause of this.

http://vocaroo.com/i/s1IpBeraD64m

I tried playing with the config settings and tried changing almost everything I could (temp, intensity, auto & gnu fan, etc.) to see if I can eliminate the buzz noise. No luck so far.

This is my current setting:

Quote
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
color 0a
sgminer -k darkcoin -o URL:PORT -u USER -p x -I 20 -g 1 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --gpu-engine 1100 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-powertune 20 --thread-concurrency 24000 --temp-cutoff 95 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-target 75 --api-listen --api-allow W:127.0.0.1

Note: The noise does reduce a bit when I lower the Intensity to 13, but I don't see why the buzz should be present in the first place and something that does not happen with other Algo.
Note: the audio is recorded from the same place on the rig.

Thanks in advance.

Opinions about Libertycoin? Is it based on some of the DRK features? Does it deserve 5 DRK investment?

Libterycoin has no anonymous features. They originally planned to copy zerocoin's features, but since zerocoin was recently abandoned(not being worked on anymore), they decided to forgo the anonymous approach and just be an x11 PoS coin.

Ther is nothing special, or worth it about Liberycoin.

We know you read this thread Mr Atlas. Nice  Cool

There is one thing, an energetic marketing person, the infamous InternetExplorer. Tongue  Like him or not, but he can make buzz happen.

Pre-sale - March 18
Is the masternodes identified to the intranet uniquely? - Can copy paste clones use Darksend through DRK nodes hence pay a fee aswell? This would really build a nice foundation to rocketsplode michasploombay style.
This fees are sent to the infrastructure controller who auto trades -> buy Drk and sending to node address = immense price rise and buy pressure.

Is the plan to open source it after we can have cold storage MN's please?
Darksend through Dark masternodes as a service for clones/forks.... hmmm...
Looks like win-win
I'd rather watch the clones flounder in incompetence and disorganisation and fall catastrophically apart.  Cheesy

Why make things easier for the competition?

Well competition is necessary for innovation. Competition will be there anyways so why not benefit from it. This is more than a coin. The end game is anonymity to the people and a developer of such should want to see it coming true no matter who does or when it happens, preferably as soon as possible.

Darksend MN will do crazy profits if say five other clones were using it. Except for the internal fee creating the buy pressure - the profitability to have a node = such value, wow price increase from this perspective too.

Making it easy for competition =! making it hard for yourself

Guys, can someone create a more professional looking version of this? Should be easy, right? Having this used in the media will make this coin look like an amateur project, which it is obviously not.

EDIT: Was linking to the darksend diagram image used in the first post of this thread.

What is the difference between the 2 versions of the wallets?

Stable (v0.9.4.6) - ordinary wallet
Release Candidates (v0.10.8.6) - with DarkSend

Does it matter which one I install?  Why is one better then the other?
