Is the masternodes identified to the intranet uniquely? - Can copy paste clones use Darksend through DRK nodes hence pay a fee aswell? This would really build a nice foundation to rocketsplode michasploombay style.
This fees are sent to the infrastructure controller who auto trades -> buy Drk and sending to node address = immense price rise and buy pressure.

Is the plan to open source it after we can have cold storage MN's please?
Darksend through Dark masternodes as a service for clones/forks.... hmmm...
Looks like win-win

I am considering to execute an organized ninja P&D on a shitcoin, just to reclaim my original DRK with the profit. Cheesy
But how do you pump a noname shitcoin when DRK suffocates DOGE and forces LTC into emergency mode? Angry

Dunno but pump iCoin, EAC, or DGB please as I'm holding hudge amounts.  Cheesy

KryptoBonds, Bonds Industry now in Blockchain
This thread is getting so depressing.  It's been taken over by the ugliest faces of humanity.  I really don't want to come here anymore but I do because I want to know if something is happening.  Glad to see some of you old timers have the energy, LimLims, coins101 and Alex.

I'll come back tomorrow with hopefully a better outlook, LOL.  Hope we can have some positive discussions then.  Grin  Wink

Dont go!!! We would miss you toooo much... Not only the old ones the new ones to

Knock, knock!

I just can't answer this question.  I can't really read code, and what I see on github doesn't seem to include that info???  Anyway, he says there that it's pushed up, but did he mean he really pushed up the date?  I don't know?  I don't see any reason to do that.  Sorry, don't know if anyone knows the answer  Undecided

I'm not leaving Luke, I'm just going to bed, LOL. Sat down one last time before brushing my teet  Grin << see how clean and white?  LOL

Maybe I can start a topic that will last until tomorrow, LOL??

Would any of you sell things on an ebay or etsy like sales system run on masternodes?  Would you be willing to run such a thing, which would take up a bit more drive space up on your server?  I'm obviously in love with this idea, but I'm wondering how many others think it's a great idea?

Do you think it could work?  Aside from a ratings system, it looks like it would have to run on the honor system.  Would that be good enough?  Perhaps it would have to have an escrow system integrated with it.  Actually, I just thought of that, LOL.

What other service ideas do you all have that could expand the usefulness of Darkcoins and masternodes?
I'm in two minds about using masternodes for being anything other than masternodes, or doing things central to the core coin infrastructure.

I think a decentralised dbay (ebay with DRK instead of Paypal) would be an instant and huge win, but I see it more as a third-party thing, with everyone running their own client/node on their homePC/tablet/phone/toaster.

At this point I'm open to arguments either way though. Just looking forward to a smooth fork, I think ideas will start rolling in when the system is indisputably up and running, all systems go.

Maybe the masternodes could act as trusted entities in some way that third party apps could employ via some sort of API?

Oh come on!  Cheesy

Even a 12-year old could easily create volatility and insane volume if he had instamined a coin like this. All he needs is two Mintpal (or any other exchange) accounts.
A simple trading robot can do this without needing you watching the screen.

I agree. For real discussion I now only go to Darkcointalk, but I fear missing something important here and skim over the thread. We need someone/something to filter and select the unmissable posts and link them somewhere else  Grin Grin

how is TIPS still possibly so cheap, when it had anonymous transactions so much earlier than this scamcoin?
DRK isn't even opensourced, how are we to know it's anonymous?

Did you even read, Darkcoin itself is open sourced. Darksend isn't atm, but will be next month..

Find me the source and post it a link to it here.
Like if I wanted to build the wallet from scratch

And Darkcoin is no different than TIPS, and look at the price of TIPS

Source is linked in the first post of this thread and on the official website.  Roll Eyes

i have 141 drk bought in under $1  think i will hodl

Holding is wise, and I really wish I *never* sold any earlier (thanks for all the bad advice everyone in crypto-land), or I would be paying off my mortgage now. This is the most innovative crypto out there, at least in terms of how it can have real world use, soon, and massive demand. It also keeps increasing in value based on the continued development by the one of the very best devs out there. Anyone that has followed DRK closely knows this. It didn't reach #3 by blind luck, but by lots of hard work.

Seriously, we pretty much just expect amazing innovations with DRK, and Evan keeps delivering. The trolls should really stop complaining and buy while it is still cheap. Yes, cheap.

Take masternodes for example, initially they may generate a few hundred a month income, not shabby. As they increase the scarcity of the coin, and if, as likely, this gets real world use and buying pressure from being used on the Darknet, this could potentially go up to thousands in income per month. So, with a few thousand invested, potentially, one could have an income for many years. If DRK in time passes LTC, then really, the panic buying will begin in earnest. In time, a few hundred DRK may be like buying a few hundred BTC last year. Heck, just hold a couple and see what happens, what have you got to lose? A few dollars?

Besides, I am sure we all recall the nonsense about BTC last year going to zero, a tulip, beanie baby, and all that nonsense. The brave ones, or those that had the extra money and bought early, really are living well now. I knew DRK was a winner when I first started trading for it, but I was starting from almost nothing. A fraction of a BTC. Business debts, bad economy, needing to sell just to get by. Things are different now as I have learned to see the value in cryptos, and to tell which are likely to win and which will lose. Dark is my favorite and always has been, I keep telling people, and they keep repeating the same bad advice. To sell. To take your profits... to not be greedy. To just get by. Personally, I am not going to listen to any more bad advice.

I have accumulated since March.  I have not sold a single Dark in my life.  Sure the Mrs complained about the power bill but you know what? I don't hear a peep from her nowadays.
