My two cents about the site design:
Make the logo a bit bigger, perhaps, and make it be vertically centered in that area. The area itself can be a bit smaller (lower height). Make it so that the top and bottom of the text aligns with the top and bottom of the logo.
I would put a bit less vertical space between 'THE FIRST' and 'ANONYMOUS DIGITAL CURRENCY'. The way it's styled now makes it seem, on first glance, that 'THE FIRST' is a title, and the line below it is the subtitle. Of course, when you read it you understand that that's not the way it is, but general webdesign conventions make you think that at first sight. Also, the logo+text only take up a small percentage of the space in the middle (horizontally), and it's not centered or otherwise in line with the rest of the design. That probably sounds overly perfectionistic, but clever use of white space/negative space can make a design look better. See this link for a cool example http://sixrevisions.com/web_design/negative-space-in-webpage-layouts-a-guide/
I agree that the dark darkcoin logo doesn't look good on the dark background. Or rather, it almost disappears.
+1 on the logo spacing, and just about everything else, saved me typing it out...
I like the new "DARKCOIN" text logo, be nice to see it displayed more prominently, maybe in the main body, not lost in the header?
Anyway, good work!
