Sorry to say but I don't think that color scheme works at all. The light blue looks way out of place, and the 'Darkcoin' text logo at the top left is lost in the header background. Also the colors in the Darkcoin logo don't really match up with the chosen color scheme in general. The font choice is excellent though.

EDIT: Also, if those arrows are meant for navigation, they need to contrast more with the background. Have to strain to see them.

Cool, good start Mannie. Just a couple things that stand out:

-The DARKCOIN image on the grey bar gets a bit lost due to lack of contrast. On that note are we using the one with light blue in it?
-We need to be consistent. Is it DarkCoin or Darkcoin?
