Its obviously going to be dumped at some point in the next 24-48 hours, so yes I'm waiting - the question is, how many jump off and what will the price be? I'm thinking it will likely drop back to 0.0025 but maybe we have some pumpers who will hold and it won't drop that low - thoughts?

I've been on these pages for some time. Im a believer in the project and have mined and am holding a fair few coins. It just seems obvious this is a pump - everyone doesnt all of a sudden think this is the best coin ever! I understand we needed a correction to make value fair but this steep of a climb smells fishy to me.
I lost yesterday 80DRK in the arbitrage game at 26xxx. As i am sure i wont get them back at this pricelevel without a loss i changed the exchanged BTC value of dark to VTC.

I dont understand why people keep using the words "pump" and "dump" in the context of Darkcoin. The price increase is the correction. This coin was undervalued for a long time. It was like there were Ferraris for sale at 1K for a long time, some people were able to recognize that. Now the Ferraris are going for 10K, it is still incredibly cheap. So just buy what you can while you can, sure there will be minor corrections along the way, but it wont really go down to previous levels, BECAUSE THE VALUE WAS ALWAYS THERE, you just needed to see. And the people that know what they have in their hands wont sell it for cheap anymore. The cat is out of the bag, and a 5USD DRK is still bloody cheap.
+1 -> that's why all of my coins are in cold storage. There's not a chance in hell I would sell at these levels. The current market cap is what? 9 MILLION USD! LOLOLOLOL I literally know INDIVIDUAL people with higher net worth than that. Darkcoin has the potential to be a GLOBAL CURRENCY - with a marketcap in the hundreds of billions of USD or more. I've been buying DRK for a couple months now - and am still dumping my daily BTC mining profits into DRK, it is a no brainer. 9 Million USD is laughably undervalued IMO.

now its at 9m.
the real circus will start if we hit 38m during the next weeks
(thats an IF, and i know its a long way and a long shot)
..but if, we go over Dogecoins marketcap there will be more monkeys than bottlecaps in this town.

Could anyone help me?
My wallet shows that it is currently synchronizing with the network -- however, It states that it is " 0 hours behind "
As far as i can tell, all my transactions are always up to date, and i instantly receive most payments.
My first steps to diagnose the problem were too delete peers.dat , blocks folder, and chainstate folder.

Well it's because it has to download the entire blockchain and then verify each block.
You can quit and restart program without loosing progress if you need to. Alternatively you can look in the getting started guide for some advise on changing the config file that might help. Maybe.

I've gotta say, with Darkcoin right now I am 100% lost on what to think. Yesterday I sold 4000+ at 0.0042xx to the big whale buy wall. Then rebought all of it and more from 0.0031 to 0.0039 and increased my holdings by like 20% and now for the first time I am lost.
I believe in darkcoin longterm and I think 10$+ a coin is realistic. Darkcoin hasn't behaved at all like other coins. It has seen 2 "Pumps" where people all of a sudden are like what the hell this coin is awesome and it finds it's real value (while 100+ shitcoins came and went away, rising over dark for a few days at a time). I feel it can still go both ways, a small correction to 0.004 or something, or a another large rise to 0.006+. It feels like the market itself doesn't have a clue about what it wants to do.
I believe in darkcoin longterm and I think 10$+ a coin is realistic. Darkcoin hasn't behaved at all like other coins. It has seen 2 "Pumps" where people all of a sudden are like what the hell this coin is awesome and it finds it's real value (while 100+ shitcoins came and went away, rising over dark for a few days at a time). I feel it can still go both ways, a small correction to 0.004 or something, or a another large rise to 0.006+. It feels like the market itself doesn't have a clue about what it wants to do.

Pick one :1 - They are very friendly people who only want to help others by giving them a good and free advice. (lol)
2 - They want to look smart by using those words.
3 - They want to manipulate the market and buy cheap coins.

I think the masternodes network will make Darkcoin into something truly unique. Running a masternode will provide even more incentive for people to invest in Darkcoin on top of the privacy aspect. I think the sky is the limit with regards to price.
