It's a non-factual claim. None were premined -- that's 0.00%. It was a fair launch and like many cryptos, early adopters enjoyed lower mining difficulty. I see folks have started to switch over to p2p which is awesome. Hash rate has gone almost twice overnight and could still continue to grow if more and more just give it a shot. The painful part if just the first few hours guys, after that it is really really smooth and easy. Everyone gets paid as soon as we hit a block and there is no registration, workers, payout schedule etc to worry about and it is great for the network.

The first hours are only painful if you don't consider that you'll receive payouts long after you've finished mining too... It all adds up to the same. Nobody loses out by using P2Pool - well, only people with miners on terrible Internet lines.

Also, if you ever do BTC business with someone who does something illegal and gets caught, you might be put under investigation as well. Depending on where you live this might be a major annoyance - ranging from friendly interrogation to getting your computers and finances confiscated/frozen and even getting arrested.

An example might be, someone steals a credit card, deposits fiat to an exchange using that cc, buys BTC, and uses that BTC to buy a second hand computer part from you that you were selling on the internet. Now the credit card theft could be linked to you.
