Yes it is rising, but seems to be artificial pumping going on. Hate these roller coasters. No one sell please! LOL If they want this, they need to get on with the mining program.
I love mining this coin and am setting up additional rigs to increase hash power. Saving 60% electricity on my 280x rig without custom bios flash (No flash available for R9 280x gaming yet). Saving 55% on the 290x rig and will probably save another 10% once I custom flash later today and finish this rig.

Not necessarily. Btc rebounded exactly the same way. It fell to 400 and ran up to 600. Dark was usually hovering around 18 or 19. It got halved by the 300 btc dumping fool on polo. Now we arejust back to the way it was. Come darksend, this coin is going to 5 dollars by monday. Hell, look at what hype did to aurora. Those who bought it dumped because there was nothing to look forward to. We can only hope that the dark devs remain active and this coin keeps evolving, keeping the crypto market on the competitive toes. I have high hopes for this coin. This is just the start.
I don't know them but I truly believe that these devs are for real. No games, just results. That's been the focus all along. Most coins come out and brag about their fancy logo or website. At the end of the day they're just a clone. This is a new coin with new features. It's the real deal. If it wasn't I wouldn't be here.

I had this exact same thought yesterday. Needs some differentiation between coins which claim anonymity and DRK, which is TRULY anonymous.
"World's First Truly Anonymous Coin" gets my vote. Explain the decentralized, zero-trust nature of Darksend in the first post and how that is different from the current "anonymizer" features of a couple other coins.
On another note, I used to do...well let's call it "advertising" in the US Army. I would humbly suggest that anyone who insists that the name be changed from Darkcoin gets freaking bent. This coin is the perfect storm of awesome from a marketing standpoint, with the added benefit that it actually is, ya know, awesome. The name has some mystique, and if there's anything people LOVE, it's mystique. The name ties in beautifully with the Darksend feature, its purpose is self-evident in its branding - not to mention the technical ways that it differentiates itself.
Trust me, do not change a thing. People will go nuts for this thing. It's absolutely perfect the way it is.
