Is DRK listed on http://coinmarketcap.com/ and I am not seeing it - or are we not listed there yet?
Not yet because neither exchange had volume API. I talked to both exchanges about it. Poloniex is working on it and c-cex already implemented it. I submitted the new information to coinmarketcap.com so hopefully we'll be added in a day or two. February 10, 2014, 02:00:06 PM

Mate. This train has not even begun to board yet. We have 4x-ed in value in 3 days, are only on 2 exchanges and are yet to implement the anonimity module while still being comparatively better than half of the alt coins out today. Give this a couple of more days and you'll be surprised where we are,

I had made up my mind to not spend any more money on cryptos, but with a tremendous coin like this - even without the anonymous implementation, I felt compelled to buy myself some more!

How hard would it be to be 100% sure that GPU mining will cost more in electricity than CPU per kilohash?
I estimate GPU uses 4 to 10 times the power of CPU, so as long as GPU wont speed things up more than 3 times, DRK will be CPU coin forever. Of course anybody with a gaming rig and 3 GPU's would get 10 times the hash rate of normal PC, but they are also spending 1kilowatt hour, every hour.

We can't really do anything to stop miners from moving to GPUs in the eventual. It doesn't look like anyone has succeeded in making a miner that works well yet though. GPUs are in the natural life cycle of a crypto though and I'd like DarkCoin to follow the same path as Bitcoin did.
