Sigh

Meanwhile, here in Australia we still wanna find a bullion dealer who'll accept cryptos. But no go -- can you spell 'onerous regulatory environment'?

But Living Room of Satoshi* might be the answer. Watch this space (you Australians):

L.R.o.S. is a company that allows you (no account required) to pay such things as phone and electricity bills with crypto . . . if the company in question has a 'Bpay number' -- thousands of Oz businesses do. The premium is v. low IMHO, and they accept DASH.

im glad there is more than a couple of us here ...

i use cointree - and have done since their beginning ... no issues - smooth transactions - and now they have implemented a btc / altcoin swap with dash included ...

we are building such an online shop for granite ( grn ) - but is still a way off ... this can easily be 'tuned' to dash and the payment processor that we have envisaged can be setup for various systems / coins ... its all inhouse at the moment - but should have a working system in the coming months ...

this means that 'theshop' can pretty much have anything we allocate for sale - within australian guidelines and laws of course - and have the payments processed in milliseconds ...

the prototype 'sorta' works - but requires a lot more work and tweaking ... then there is the security side we need to work on - once its all functional ...

btw - where about are you located? ...

DASH is good but also get its clones especially PoW ones on Bittrex - EXCL & TX

same technology but no PoW and smaller price - will be moon rocket.

The thing you have to understand about coins is that they need an active network backing them up.  Dash's network has over 38 million dollars in masternode infrastructure alone.  The mining hash rate has also increased to the point where it is incredibly improbable that anyone could ever manipulate the blockchain.  The #1 value of Dash comes from it's solid and safe network and #2 by it's development group consistently being the first to solve issues and being and industry leader.

Only Dash rivals Bitcoin in network security.

the large sell walls are a much bigger dash whale keeping the price in check and forcing the dumper to liquidate at low prices

Those manoevres are easier to execute when you know you're trading a dedicated exit-pump coin.  Grin

What about those big sell walls @ xbtce? 80k DASH @0.01896, 40k DASH @ 0.01795.
Whats is the reason to set those walls instead to set up masternodes and earn some money... Huh

I think the the reasoning is to get more cheap DASH at this moment coercing people with those fake sell walls, I´m sure if DASH reach that price those walls will disappear.

my 2 cents. we have a large holder exiting or that has finished exiting. the large sell walls are a much bigger dash whale keeping the price in check and forcing the dumper to liquidate at low prices, the large buy walls were probably pulled for the same reason. pretty smart imo, either way the walls are there to protect new and old dash investors alike. that's my "the glass is half full" view, but i have not had much sleep the last few days and probably have no idea what i am talking about, goodnight.  Smiley

You may be right and I think your perspective is more positive than mine and perhaps we have a old good angel whale keeping Dash in the right way to heaven.
