Can somebody elaborate this for me:

I have never mined a coin at the launch. Count me in, but where is the wallet? Or is that something that is not released until after the launch?

Honestly, how is this different than Mintcoin/Peercoin/Zeitcoin? 
I'll definitely consider mining this, if there's any reason to believe that this coin isn't just another clone...

Would there be any interest (and bounty) for a professional grade website?
I could build one from scratch in about 24 hours or less depending on requirements; it will be in css/HTML and some javascript.
For an example of my work: pmc.cryptotycoons.com
I'd supply source if requested, or host it myself at a subdomain such as the one i linked to. Alternatively the bounty could also cover the costs of a domain name and hosting space =)
I'll also include a dedicated forum

No pool at launch = failure.
Whats wrong with solo-mining to the wallet? I like to find blocks at the beginning. Pools will post their invites as the thread builds. I think that is a proper launch. Let the early adopters get some blocks.
This distribution systems works in a different way. With normal coins u get less coins when diff rise (block rewards stay the same), but here u will always get the same amount of coins, no matter the difficulty (block rewards scale with diff)
first coin with this kind of block reward i think.
