Is it true that this lovely coin has a difficulty of 18 yet?! The pool i use (http://dgc.cryptopools.com/index.php?page=dashboard) is currently showing that.
I think it's a bit high.. as it was about 8-11 the last days.

Birth date alone does not identify a person. (You also do not need to enter a real one if you just want to trade crypto.)
The phone number is optional for people who want to provide it.
It just struck me as being odd how something crypto related would ask for that specific info.
Wouldn't a secret/ random question be more appropriate ?
Like baritus said, it's only for trading in USD that you need to add that information (pretty standard info for fiat exchanges)

Gratz on your new exchange site cryptoave, but wow seems the hacking excuse is hitting crypto-trade.com .. I tried to pull my DGC from there to put them on cryptoave and bam!! it's closed.

I did not receive verification email as well. It is not in spam folder. I am using gmail. I can't write a support ticket, because it require to be signed in.
Maybe your server rejected the verification email? Try to get some help over here please http://digitalcoin.co/forums/index.php/board,7.0.html
I've had the same problem with verification e-mail using gmail. But the digitalcoin.co forums have been down for me since Crypto Ave. opened.
Haven't been able to get it to load. Is there a problem at my end or in general ?

Some of us are creating physical products to sell and/or giveaway. To bridge the gap to DGC accetpance and usage.
Initial coin will be a 1oz silver coin.
They will be in Silver with a 'value of 500 DGC'.
My thoughts are now turning towards low value tokens with an expiry date for promotional giveaways.
For example 5 or 10 DGC on a cheap aluminium coin or even metallic looking plastic token. All funded coins with hologram and embedded privkey.
Nickel coins can also be created.
If we can get a WIF key import working on the exchange or qt program (without needing to enter debug commands to do this) to import the coins from the physical product then this could bring in new traders and certainly new account holders.
Anyone got any thoughts of this kind of thing for promotional activity.
We can and probably will produce these items in quantities starting in the 1000's

Congrats to the opening of CryptoAve! Lot's of work is still to be done of course.

Yep new features being enabled on CryptoAve as mentioned and the new website design looks great for digitalcoin.co. Its all starting to take shape nicely. Rome wasn't built in a day
