Also, not allowing the guys who got an airdrop early to mint some coins (as your wallet is minting nearly everything at the moment) will allow inevitably people who have the BTC to get a quick $ sell from someone and dominate the minting thus creating the top 1% once again, instead of a more early distributed system.

Can someone please explain the minting process? I have never used a wallet with minting so I'm not sure of there is something I am supposed to do.

Am not sure what am doing wrong, but I have sent mine to a new address and it matured and reached maximum probability without earning a stake, I have done it twice so far with no stake awarded.

Dude just change the address and it will mature again in 8 hrs and then start staking again

I think more game to build the roll are necessary. Perhaps some strategy games.
