Your coin is scrypt based which means you have to mine it but you are holding what is effectively an IPO? How is this possible?
All the links on your website go nowhere.
The transactions list for the wallet address shows small amounts at first and then a 20BTC dump at the end, almost as if whoever was putting them there got bored at the end.
I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings but is this a scam?

I believe that if I invest into any coin (IPO or not) I will have some sort of invested Interest to help increase its value...
(developing a mobile app, launching a business/service, spreading the word via twitter/social media promotions, etc.)
Curious, what is the benefit of this IPO? I know that usually being an early adopter gets you ahead of the game fast enough.
Can you maybe elaborate what investors will see in the future for holding onto this coin?

Do you remember those investments that we made ~last week? Ducks have a 360 degree vision, but in hindsight mainduck was on quack. 48 BTC was sent to bitcoinbuilder.com to get about 90 MtGox bitoins to do EVEN MOAR market support. The goal noble, we wanted to increase the Genesis Egg Funds.
What actually happened though was that it severely decreased IPO funds, as we all know last week mtgox was tarred & feathered. Operation MaxCoin was a success, Operation PandaCoin was not as the developers dumped all of their coins on the IPO investors, so those trades cancelled each other out.
Before you ruffle your feathers, check the Exoducks address, we've since replaced the goxxed Genesis Egg with BTC from personal wallets, all of which will be used to provide liquidity at the exchanges & pay for bounties.
The Mac & Linux wallets are built and working, they will be posted soon.

-We considered a hostile blockchain takeover with our own 51% attack or a re-launch tomorrow, but all of the duck hunters and pond operators would have lost their DUCK that they were mining while we were negotiating with the Premine Pirate. We negotiated a peaceful transfer of the genesis egg to the master nest.
