From the marketing so far I'd say it's supposed to be energy efficient so It'll probably have Proof of Stake. I can't make out a 'stake' item in the screenshot though.

Well you certainly have some PR on the go..... as long as its not a Dog, Cat etc or whatever the new coins are at the moment....I'll do a little mining assuming its not 94% pre-mined or only mineable on a iphone or something similar

Re the logo: Yes, we've gone over it a few times here as well - comparing it to many lower case 'e' logo's. They are quite different once you get down to really start comparing differences in thickness, middle stroke, angle, cutout for the leaves, the C encompassing it, etc. Plus we're in a different niche, but I do treat this sensitively and if collectively everyone feels we should change it or it does create some problems we'd be ok doing a rebrand or adjusting it a bit more.
Working hard on the release/site/prep - will be back in a bit!
