Earthcoin has been around for years - it's a true classic! - it's shame the attackers took control. The dev has been great to work with - please start mining it to drive up the difficulty.

I see how the market of old coins based on POW mining is a thing of the past.

it is not profitable to mine at the present time. The coin has been under attack for many months. Even though there's only 640 MH/s Network Hash nearly all found blocks are orphaned and stolen by the attackers and sold on BTC38. We are hoping to change that I've tried mining multiple times ever the past few months and only wind up with about 1 block out of 30 or 40 found due to the attack.
If you are interested in mining - please contact one of the people that's posting on this thread. We are looking for hashing power to increase the difficulty.
