will be a new chain, so the pools will have to make an update right ?

Hi mate, yes, as was replied above the pool's fine, the issue right now is with the blockchain that's not moving due to some issues with POS as it seems.
Once there's a fix for it and POS starts moving, then your coins will leave the pool's wallet.

You should also look into getting a decent Block Explorer done. A lot of cryptocurrencies use CryptoID (Chainz) to create and host.
