eLira is a crypto-currency designed for Turkey (Symbol: ELIRA). It is based on X11 PoW, and has a total of 783,562,000 coins (which corresponds to the 783,562 km2 of Turkey’s total area), of which 50% will be pre-mined and distributed to the population of Turkish citizens as a unique way of distribution. The other 50% will be publicly mineable by miners.
It is a truly country-targeted coin, and has a unique, fair delivery method. This is the best crypto coin ever created for the country of Turkey.
It's a special algorithm intended to prevent some multi-pools and specific miners which use special tools to estimate future rewards and mine according to this. Most of the random rewards used in crypto coins are actually not really random. True random is for the first time used with the X11 coin.
superblock works like this:
you get a normal block 1029 1st, then if it is a superblock, you get another supplement of 413112
so 413112+1029 = 414141 Same as daily super block... same for 19230 daily super block this is the same reward you get, only that we at that time can;'t determine if the hash is a winning hash (you need to calculate the payout before the hash can be computed) So next block, we check again the previous hash, if it is a superblock, we give the supplement to the same who found the last block that's how this true random work, so you can't cheat.
the superblock always depends on the normal payout 414141/1029 and 19230/1029 times the normal payout, so when the normal payout decreases, the superblocks will too. They decrease at golden ratio.
