It doesn't matter if an exchange comes, because if no people mining, you will not be able to create a good volume.

Wallet doesn't get any connections to the network...
Sync problem?
-Download http://www.elira.tc/elira.conf.zip put it in "AppData\Roaming\eLira" this directory and open it as elira.conf then if there is still problem edit to add new nodes with current ips given in OP.

We hope to start at 19 May. It can be earlier if we can get ready with our distribution software.
