I need to know what is the minimum BTCtc amount needed to run a faucet that pays 99satoshi per user claim? And second how much a faucet owner earns per user by cpm ads along with bot and captcha..

2. CPM ads - Differs based on the ad network you are using.
3. Using bot - If you are asking about anti bot links then you are not going to earn anything. If you mean "bots" which drains faucets then you are gonna have a blast using bots on your own faucet
4. Captcha - Yeah you can monetize solvemedia.
5. Earnings keeping ePay in mind - I do not how to interpret this question. EPay is a micropayment system which helps you to pay your users instantly. The profitability of a faucet is dependent on the number of users, payment system you are using (direct, threshold, micropayment), popularity or user base of the payment system you are using. In my opinion ePay has a good user base so your faucet is going to get a good traffic once it is added to their rotator, but rest depends on your faucet reward, timer, ad networks etc.
