As per disscussion and voting of community memebers following would be major pointers of SWAP

100% of of total Escrow can be used to create MN. So there will be no limit in creating Masternodes.
The collateral needed to create a MN will be set at 2000 escrow.
The total amount of escrow per reward will be set at 8 as a starting number. (6.4 for MN, 1.6 for staking)
Ratio MN vs Staking will be 80:20 (6.4 : 1.6 per reward)

Escodex.com (https://escodex.com/) will facilitate the swap. This means you have to send all your coins to the ESCO wallet of your Escodex account. Deposit and Withdrawal will be disabled on CB from 7 December

The swap runs from 7th of December 2018 to the 31 of December 2018. This means 28 of December 2018 at 23:59 CST is the last day on which you can send coins. Coins sent after this date are not swapped. If all coins arrive before the end of the last day, the swap is executed immediately.

The process looks like this:
When all coins at Escodex are in, premined coin will be generated equal to deposit amount on Escodex.The swap is then executed.

Escrowcoin and Escodex both belong to Escrow team and yes you can pay listing fee for Escodex in EscrowCoin but staking of coin on Escodex is not enable as on CB.
