Yes you will see occasional Mining too far in the future and Block became a side fork, that might be normal.

If you see them really often that is weird, and you should for sure post again about it.

yes im use aqua.balance(aqua.coinbase) command. How long it takes to sync chain?

instead of getBalance, use aqua.balance(aqua.coinbase) to return the way you want

    A HF will never be made to increase supply

    A HF will never be made to censor or block a transaction

    A HF will never be made to refund money.
