You are trying to create value for something that doesn't have any monetary value, and I don't see why anyone would trade, buy or sell Testnet Bitcoin, but whatever.
No, we are not trying to create value anywhere. I don't think anyone can wave a magic stick at anything and say it doesn't have value either. It also provides another valueless way to try our website and see that stuff works.
We are simply providing an option where people can get free testnet coins in fractions or they can have the option of easily obtaining whole coins quickly. Everyone has different thoughts. It'll be interesting to see how it works out IRL.
I don't see it as valuable in any more way than it saves someone time. This was a problem I faced when building our website, I wanted whole coins, so I could make sure nothing was funky in decimals... I would have happily bought a few for a tiny fraction of a few satoshis or a DOGE.
Why did you change the name of exchange and topic title from FreeBitcoins to AltQuick.com?
Since our launch, people have ragged on the brand "FreeBitcoins". FreeBitcoins has been aggressively banned since the Twitter hacking a few years ago. So because of those two things, we decided to rebrand the exchange & swap under AltQuick.com.
It's just a quick way to trade Bitcoin for whatever valueless thing people want or need.

Do you have an API which developers can use for automated trading, withdrawals and deposit address fetching? Or is it only for humans to trade on?

This tool plugs directly into our exchange and allows people to trade with no account registered. It's basically a market trade tool over the top of our exchange.
Swap only charges users the exact miner fee. Rather than the flat fee our exchange charges per coin.
There is an additional 1% premium using swap.

Altquick.com's Bitcoin withdrawal fee has been lowered to .0001 BTC (down from 0.0003 BTC.)

Today we migrated the altcoin exchange and the accountless altcoin trading tool (swap) from http://FreeBitcoins.com over to http://Altquick.com. All of the guts of the website work fine and the exchange is fully functional. There are still some text changes that need to be fixed.
The only issue overnight is that any affiliate link going to the http://FreeBitcoins.com/faucet will not be credited to the new Altquick system. Tomorrow everything should be up to nearly 100%. Affiliate links are the same for both sites, so no update is needed long-term <3!
Our trading API's for both Exchange and Swap will remain unchanged. You can use either domain and it will work fine. No updates are needed.

We updated our "Daily volume" to "Weekly volume".

I've been trading micro transactions with extremely cheap coins, so any fees are painful, but that's part of the system. 
It should be noted that micro trades charge the maker 1 satoshi and the taker gets a free trade, so the fees can really add up for little turds but it helps people on the books.
Have you and your team thought about making a swap available for the coins that are claimed? You could put in some small fee and this swap would be very beneficial. I would particularly trade CLAM fractions for MAZA.

It would be nice if there was a reduction in the MazaCoin withdrawal fee, in addition, an increase in volume and sell orders at 1 sat.
