His ticket is waiting for 12 days !
And Txid also does not exist !
The support service just does not work !
They just steal DGB coins.
Anybody to confirm that circle itching to acquire polo is legit news? Peeps view it as a risky investment, well, from the perspective of a casual observer it is. Taking on the risk of clearing backlog of pending tickets and restoring trust under new management is a hell ton of a work and very odd move if there are no added benefits. Could they make any use of that? Well polo scripts are awesome and gui is one of the best across multiple exchanges. If the price is agreeable why not grab this sweet cake. Im taking out crypto with no issues although manipulation of bts price through withdrawal suspension is a huge concern for me.

I withdraw LTC yesterday.
All weekend and still no Litecoin Withdrawl. Anybody withdrew LTC successfully this weekend? I've had a request submitted since Friday. Such bullshit POLO. Your getting as horrific as CEX.IO
I first contacted support at end of November about a problem that was my fault. They contacted me last week and everything was completed in a few days. It took time for reply but at least they did. Hope others get resolved.

I have a similar problem, i made a DGB transaction like 22 Hours ago and its not posted on the network and it keeps changing between processing and pending and no reply to the Tickets, this is a complete disrespect to their clients and ignorance to the Crypto Market where its originally aiming to get rid of this bureaucracy which is not moving anything except backwards.You missing my DGB

they had to inform customers that they have a problem with DGB withdrawal instead of just increasing the liquidity of their platform on our behalf.
this platform making 0.35% from every single trade and they are making hell of money, cant they hire enough team to support their clients and solve their issues which is taking ages.
I will make a new post that includes a full review from customer side and evaluation to all platforms & exchanges looking forward to be made based on clients rating, hopping that people will not be miss-leaded by advertisements and volumes only.

Doesn't sounds good - maybe you should try and get your email address back from your ISP, there have been a lot of scammers trying to ask polo to change addresses - so may be pretty tricky to convince them
Can try the ISP again, not accommodating it, there was a takeover arcor by vodafone, and vodafone will not recreate arcor addresses.
If I get a response from support team, should not be too diffident to convince them in the end I own the wallets from which crypto was deposited from, and that all in the profile log.
