Hi Polo, it seems your falling apart here, what now 100k tickets behind? or only 50k? Sad
Ticket #744987 here, missing GAS deposit
funny how you go into maintenance on GAS during it's ATH, but leave deposits open, then just eat everyone's coins that DO deposit (many others had their GAS stolen during ATH by you)
I wont be doing anymore biz with you till this is all cleared up

What happend with my deposit ,no credited yet?

I have sent ETH and so far nothing, usually enters the account in a maximum of 20 - 30 minutes or even less. I've never had problems with Poloniex and I hope this is the first and only. This is my ticket 751519
Deposits and withdrawals were down earlier and Poloniex informed users through twitter (here). Hours later they also posted that they are processing both already, manually (here). In times like that, checking their social media accounts would be helpful since they are not active here.

I logged into Twitter account and didn't see this message. I would like to register here that my problem was solved in less than 24 hours, thank you very much Poloniex team, as I had said I never had problems and I hope I don't have any more. I use it for over 2 years and I want to continue using it, in my opinion Poloniex is one of the best, but this kind of problem should not happen.

I received a spam email this morning from [email protected]. How can someone send out a mailer with @poloniex.com unless it was Polo? Is this possible?

Check twice before clicking any link because Polo will send only when they have any news about the company updates. I think Polo will not send frequent emails about checking your information is correct or not, so that's why don't click on anything without checking anything.

I got that fake Email to.  The sign on link is actually "h t t p : //193.109.68.135/mic/"  But they actually use some of the real poloniex images.

Always check the links before clicking on them.  Most Email clients preview the link in the lower left corner.  If not View the Email source, and verify the link yourself.

when you put your cursor over P symbol, same email address is listed. I know exactly what your saying though. Thats what I usually check first when I look at a email is where the original senders address is.

Yes, I'm an asshole
I received a spam email this morning from [email protected]. How can someone send out a mailer with @poloniex.com unless it was Polo? Is this possible?

What does the email body say? My first thought (since I don't know what the email said) was it is a notification email that mis-sorted into a spam. As far as I know polo does sending some occasion email like news or something else. Just ignore it.

Well, I rest my case. It definitely looks like a phishing attempt. Sounds stupid, but does clicking the arrow (bringing out a detailed info.of the email) give the same email address as what on the short version? I'm not sure about this, but is it possible that someone name his account [email protected] with an email address of [email protected] and got his name appeared on recipient's inbox instead of his address?

EXCLUSIVE: Circle set to acquire Poloniex

https://modernconsensus.com/2018/02/02/circle-set-acquire-poloniex/

Modern Consensus has learned that Circle, the venture-rich mobile pay startup that competes with Venmo and makes sending money almost effortless, is deep in discussions to acquire Poloniex, the American cryptocurrency exchange that made its name by listing scores of altcoins on a platform that resembles a professional trading station. At press time, Modern Consensus was unable to confirm the terms of the deal.

According to one highly placed source with knowledge of the discussions, “Circle and Poloniex agreed to terms and Circle has already approached the regulators. The regulators came back with a list of KYC demands [Know Your Customer] and Circle has agreed to meet all the conditions.”

Poloniex is known to already feature some very stringent KYC requirements its customers must meet. For example, after initially allowing several accounts to be opened by a single user, the company now permits only one account per verified user. It sets limits on daily withdrawals similar to those found at other exchanges. It has also been plagued by the same customer support and verification backlogs that are bedeviling its rivals, often taking weeks to bump users up to the next level of verification status.

Poloniex did not respond to a request for comment on the pending transaction; Circle replied to multiple requests with only a form letter. This story will be updated with further comment if either responds.

At first blush, the matchup is at least somewhat surprising. Circle, which got its start as a quick and safe way to turn bitcoin into U.S.dollars, has been known for its mono focus on BTC. That’s the opposite of Poloniex, which lists a mind-boggling 68 different tokens. Where the Circle interface is all about customer ease of use, Poloniex looks much more like a Bloomberg Terminal, and features complex innovations like margin trading and lending, which aren’t offered by more beginner-friendly sites like Coinbase.............
