You are big son of bitch! I will find you and fuck ur mum. You bastards give my money in 24 hours or I will find you one day!!

That's the spirit!

Sadly, no one from Poloniex monitors this thread, so any threats are futile.

Doing cryptocurrency stuff since 2010.
Been waiting 54 days to get my ticket answered. (#263773) Siacoin withdrawal.
I would stay away from Poloniex. I will never use them again.

Poloniex..... Hah! More like Boloniex!   Ha got em'

do you have back your money?

Nope, still waiting. I have lost hope to tell you the truth. I've heard about other peeps with tickets starting with #1... who also never heard anything.

mmmm i'm starting to think that until thay have trade on their exchange and they earn with the fee, poloniex will stay open. When no-one will trade on it anymore, they will disappear with the money...

not true, even if trade they do not pay if u are not in a country u can sue. i added BTC, exchanged to Sia and did withdraw. now 1 month after and did not get my money in purse. Just processing... how to trust them anymore? that was my first... how come they have people to verify my account to level 2 in same day, but never make the processing... scam for others than us, germany... big countries.

Yeah right ... now that i got the most part of my funds outta there, i will keep them _wherever i like but not on polo_.

I still have around 0.01btc left there, in several coins (DOGE, LTC, STR, DGB - and still waiting for the remaining BCH), i will leave them there for a while but only in lending using my bot.....

Anything else will never again belong in any way to polo ....... except they show that they're come back to a healthy state ... for some months...

Greetings,

hacky

P.s.: Most of my coins are now on their way to or already in a bitfinex wallet for use as margin funding..... I hope, they will stay stable for a while. Wink

I have the same feeling.

You know the real reason they shut down the trollbox? People was complaining about not getting their tickets answered. And saying scam. Polo says that they have moved the people to assist on support tickets.
Well, but why isn't anything moving then? At least give us an update on how many tickets there are, or any eta on how long you can expect to get your ticket solved. But no, they are just quiet. Quiet while they collect the fees, and deposits. They simply don't care if you get your money back or not.

OK .. finally i got my coins paid out ..... at least, the BTC they hold back for weeks now and those few BCH i bought recently.

Now i'm only missing the BCH which i should get for these BTC they had in nirvana all this time.

Next round on the waiting game.... Btw, i now had 2 support tickets open, one for the BTC withdraw order and one for the BCH withdraw order. Both are just closed now....

I guess, i have to open a new ticket to get the missing BCH....

I think that polo is just trying to scam us!

I have 7000 xem blocked in a withdraw since 2 weeks.

I try to withdraw my other 1000 xem...and it works instantly.

So, how can is it possible? My only answer is that they just want more fee and they don't want that money leave their exchange!

I too am waiting on a BTC withdrawal for more than a week..

For those people who did managed to get your coins out how long on average did it take after they were flagged for manual processing?

Also I seem to have got way less BCH than I was expecting.. anyone else notice that?

I had 0.31202301 BTC in my wallet at 2017-08-01 14:17:10
(I can confirm this by looking at my transaction log)

According to the Bitcoin cash website the fork happened at 2017-08-01 18:24:41 UTC

And yet I only got 0.00532192 BCH

I'm not connected at the moment but in the message on the right on Poloniex they put the exact hour they took into account for the BCH distribution.

Well that explains it.. the time of the credit is 13:16:14 UTC so I guess I missed out by 59 minutes lol.

Hello, Alphi. I have a few Bitcoins (BTC). After the fork August 1, BitcoinCash (BCH) was not added to them. How can i get BitcoinCash (BCH) with Poloniex service? After fork I did not make transactions with my Bitcoins (BTC).

If you had a BTC balance on Poloniex and you were not lending those coins on August 1 then you should get the same amount of BCH automatically.

My advice is to raise a support ticket with them and then pray lol..
the support service seems to be very slow at the moment.

My bitcoins lie in a wallet. Can I use the private keys to get BitcoinCash (BCH) on Poloniex?

You want to say you had bitcoin on your "home" wallet 1 august? If so, you should gain bch yourself using electrum cash for example and then send it  to bch poloniex wallet.

can you tell me how?

thanks man!

Even with a 4 hour time difference between UTC and Delaware time I should still be under the cut-off.

Just wondering if anyone else feels like they got short changed from the BCH distribution?

I don't really care about the BCH but I am beginning to have serious doubts about this exchange.

I'm not connected at the moment but in the message on the right on Poloniex they put the exact hour they took into account for the BCH distribution.
