The alert box is only for urgent alerts from poloniex team, not to be used by users to put personal alerts....

I am really panic
PLZ LOOK into my ticket #56320 (waiting for answer near 20 hours)
(year ago I freeze my polo account and forget about it)
I DEPOSITED BITCOINS to trade, but I can not trade
I changed passwords and submit my personal info
I can also submit my passport
You ask code from email - I give it in seconds
HOW LONG TO WAIT!? I can not be any hacker/scammer/stealer, cuz my account have not got any balance on it before I made MY deposit.

Main point is, that I AM LOSSING CASH, is it so hard to help me to unfreeze my account? I am ready for any verifications, but Joshua(my support) is ignoring me...

All is working fine now, it seems like there was a problem somewhere on our local internet backbone, it turns out that a large ISP in the UK fried some of its infrastructure and it caused traffic to various places from my local area to be bottlenecked. All seems to be better now. Strange that polo was the only site I noticed a problem, it was probably due to the number of refreshes and connections active.

Also wondering when Nexus will be added to Poloniex. It's been on Bittrex for a LONG time. I've requested this coin on Poloniex for over 1 year, and volume and interest is growing RAPIDLY at the moment. It's now trading on Cryptopia as well, but another high volume exchange would provide amazing liquidity and additional arbitrage opportunities.

What's stopping your staff or admins from gaming the margin trading? You could technically just set up massive accounts to sway markets especially on eth where the financial gain is so ludicrous to do so. How many staff have access to margin trade logs in real time? How many staff can alter balances? There's some very strange trends that occur and feels manipulated really bad even for crypto. How can your business remedy doubts about heavy insider exchange trading?
