It would be great if they released a trade notification feature on the site, even if its just a number mentioning the number of trades made since last clicking on the trade history page - It would likely be worth the investment in creating the feature since people would react on events at a much faster rate and there will be less page refreshes so maybe a little less traffic on the site.

Yes, in the last few months the only alert was when they changed the fee structure, nothing else, if you want new feature, you can write to poloniex here : https://poloniex.com/featureRequest (hoping that they will see your request as a good one to implement, but trying cost nothing....).

Thank you very much for that link. I'll send a request to the site hopefully I can put a good use case together to get this added in - I'm sure it will benefit lots of people.

All is working fine now, it seems like there was a problem somewhere on our local internet backbone, it turns out that a large ISP in the UK fried some of its infrastructure and it caused traffic to various places from my local area to be bottlenecked. All seems to be better now. Strange that polo was the only site I noticed a problem, it was probably due to the number of refreshes and connections active.

Also wondering when Nexus will be added to Poloniex. It's been on Bittrex for a LONG time. I've requested this coin on Poloniex for over 1 year, and volume and interest is growing RAPIDLY at the moment. It's now trading on Cryptopia as well, but another high volume exchange would provide amazing liquidity and additional arbitrage opportunities.
