It's been a good 5 days since I opened a support ticket regarding your service of withdrawing DAO to ETH here:
https://poloniex.com/dao/

Support has yet to provide any real support.  I've sent you a PM hoping to fix this problem a tad bit quicker. Roll Eyes

can you add a Cloak coin in our poloniex?
Best thing to do is fill out a coin request if you didn't already, the link to the form is below: -
https://poloniex.com/coinRequest

Generally only high volume coins get listed on polo

Are you poloniex staff or owner?

He is not, he was just giving you a good advice. This thread is not monitored by Polo's staff, so requesting/reporting anything here is pretty pointless.

hey guys,

just want to say polo is my favourite exchange for "big" cryptos. It's more stable and the orders, transactions and service-mails are way faster than on other exchanges i use (for example yobit) - plus, polo offers a lot of different cryptos... actually i only miss tc, which is sadly pretty "small".

Please keep up the good work!

Is there someone from Poloniex that can please help?  I initiated a withdrawal of BTC which is now stuck in "awaiting approval" status despite confirming the transaction via email.   A moderator suggested to populate more of my information which I did only to get a message that I must now close my account because I am NY State resident.  Now, I can't even access my history.  I really don't want this transaction which is stuck in "awaiting approval" status to get lost because I must now close my account.

Is any news about DGD/DGX tokens on Polo?

Edit2: One take-away from this is to make sure you never split your deposits to poloniex into multiple outputs. Their system only appears to credit the last output in the transaction and ignores all the rest.

So it was your fault, that's why they asked you to apologize.

j/k

Good to see that you got it sorted out. Polo is getting too big for their own good.

It should be a bug of their software. Exchanges should be able to credit balance to users as long as coins have been sent to the correct address, no matter how many transaction inputs there are.

When are you going to fix BTM? Or perhaps... why do you even have it disabled? The pump is long over...

Thanks for the tip on that - I most likely would have dome the same at some point. You would expect that the have this issue quite often with the number of people depositing to Poloniex.

The only Poloniex dude I've ran into that was actually seriously helpful and decent to talk to for the length I had to talk to them was this dude:

https://twitter.com/MickD

He pulled the right strings to get my week long account ordeal fixed.

Edit:  I tweeted him and tagged you too.

Thanks.

I don't know if it's a result of your tweet, but after 6 days of ignoring me there was a new comment on my ticket just a few minutes ago:

Quote
[...]

I am very sorry for the delay on this, please be assured that we will recover the coins as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience and please apologise for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
[...]

I'm guessing that he didn't mean to ask me to apologise for the inconvenience and that that was a typo.

It is not clear to me what he means about "recovering" the coins. The coins aren't missing - they were sent to my deposit address and are being used to fund withdrawals for other users. All that needs to be done is my account needs to be credited for the missing 9800 CLAMs.

I'll keep you posted.

Edit: I now see the missing coins in my poloniex balance. I had asked for them to be returned to my CLAM address, but this is better than nothing. Smiley

Edit2: One take-away from this is to make sure you never split your deposits to poloniex into multiple outputs. Their system only appears to credit the last output in the transaction and ignores all the rest.

Edit3: They made the withdrawal.

So many red flags all over the place in regards to Poloniex.

I've left them negative feedback until they get you taken care of Doog.

I've never had a problem with them before, but this is just weird. They won't respond to my ticket, haven't replied to my post here, and still haven't credited or refunded me for my deposit. Meanwhile they continue to spend the coins I deposited.

I hope there's a sensible explanation for why they're withholding my funds, and wish they would share it with me.

Maybe open a ticket referencing your ticket...?
