15,000,000 x 0.000002 = 30 BTC?

A whale can drop 30BTC and take over the project, another observation is I observe is the valuation 30BTC = $19100 at the moment. Is 30 BTC going to be enough to develop the platform

that's not good. coins given away for free are going to be dumped in the end just like the rest of the coin that had been doing it in the past. i don't think thats a good idea to give it away just because its just 200k sat each.

I think Famecoin have a chance, so many ICO projects seem to be launching next week, I hope the team get the marketing part right, one thing I have notice in crypto market is that no matter how great your idea seems the marketing side to the major work to attract investors and funding
