I voted for 30% simply because it will start off with the photo tipping app and it will attract more people to use Famecoin if there is a substantial reward.
Of course 10% would be better for the devs, but they could think about some advertisement implantation to generate higher revenue.
20%. There is just too many coins that feature high bounties and stake rewards that cause a coin to get dumped to zero because of the people who have no interest in the coin...they are only interested in the money.

We also had issues getting access to blockchain.info API key, this is to help us implement the ICO statistical view for investors to track their deposits, bonuses and referrals.
Anyway, we have it working now with payment forwarding to escrow address.
