Well, That's Crypto :-\
I invested in Fluttercoin, the Proof of Transaction (PoT) mechanism seems unique and different than other coins. And I tend to gravitate to coins with established operating histories that are in recovery. How many shares of FLT must an investor hold in order to obtain consistent staking payments perhaps daily or two or three times weekly?

Based on my experience with other crypto currency blockchains, I am guessing an investor will need to own at least 0.1% of the outstanding shares or 330K shares.

Btw I noticed the Fluttercoin link at coinmarketcap has two issues https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/fluttercoin/

1. There is no link to the BCT thread
2. There is no link to a Fluttercoin website.

And there is no dedicated page on coingecko https://www.coingecko.com/coins/search?utf8=✓&query=FLT&button=

Im in this boat as well. PoT is unique but you have to pull everything together.

2018 is the year of the alts but it will only happen for projects that are ready for the big time.

Is there a bootstrap available? Can't see any mention in the OP or first page. Thanks.

Just made copy of actual chain, up to block no. 1280836  (24/10/2017), peers file included - if someone need sync. fast.

How does FlutterShare work? I've had it enabled for almost a week and haven't received anything yet.

How much can one expect to receive (I'm assuming it's based on coins that are held in the wallet)?

Do you need to be actively staking or just have the wallet open?

Thanks!
You should keep coins atleast 30 day to become mature, and expect around 2-7 % depending network weight.

I've been holding FLT since it's inception.

So good to see things moving along.

Love some updates and examples of progress.

Is my fluttershare deposit addy of FShqpDupfZKaw6zkDyqYhZop3P86NRZiet still good for bounty fund? Someone PM about this please.

Thanks,
john

Here we go again
Any reason flutter share is not working it keeps saying request good but no coins appear ?
Also is there any development in the near future ?

Request goes through and is processed at midnight i believe.

I got mine last two nights
9c3b8daba69657f4aeadaff124d4d2e9d01bd014c1a5ad73f4a0f59b6e4822de
fda2d40d19e8ccda16972f2837c04475d4eaf832cbd5a69b3bb3d27b3d14fd6e

I want to overhaul the code, and redo the staking engine, it uses 20% of my cpu and is single threaded.  I want to use the newer multithreaded engines to process it, and new code only uses a 1-2% of cpu to do it's work.

My large wallets also have some performance issue when blocks are arriving, sometimes the gui lags.  Smaller wallets do not seem to have the issue....quite irritating to me.

And we need to work on reducing the coin bloat, we are producing a lot of coins, granted a lot of wallets are offline or not actively participating in staking.  Would like to reduce the interest rate a bit to control the inflation...this is a bit of a good/bad scenario.  New users won't have the 5-100% difficulty adjusted inflation that we have enjoyed for the past few years since release.  I like being fair, FLT has no premine, no ico, no dev restricted coins, etc.  This means everyone is on an even playing field, i like that.  If you want in, jump in, start staking off you go.  If we change it, then it's hey you changed the code to help out the people who hodl.  At one point I did have a lot of blocks that held down the interest, could always do that again to control the inflation using the existing mechanics...hmm
