If I won't swap coins within certain period of time, then I would not be able to swap them to new coins right?

I seen similar issue with othe rwallets in the past, it's something to do with there being a lot of addresses, and utxos, as well as a large wallet file.

Best solution I've found with this is just send coins to a new wallet (create a wallet with a new wallet.dat).

I tried going to a new wallet on a whole new machine, and the issue followed as soon as the masternode list synced. Seems it does not start lagging till the MN list sync in my experience.

I'm running on a linux box. However, I did some heavy system tuning recently. and just opened the wallet, the list is showing 165 Masternodes. And I'm not having any lag right now flipping through the tabs, wallet menu and debug console. The wallet is using about 150mb ram and about 3% cpu utilization.

I don't know what your OS/system is, but you might want to look into tuning virtual ram and disk caching/readahead parameters, especially reducing any swap usage to minimal.

I can upload a copy of my Qt for you to download, if you wish, it's built for Ubuntu 16 - 64bit

This is normal, even bitcoin's wallet and many other wallets that contain internal "miners" will cause anti-virus software to flag it. This happened originally because some miners were being delivered by payloads via trojans/viruses in the past, so it was simple for anti-virus programs to just have it flagged rather than each crypto wallet being added to a "whitelist".

On original Release of MRJA it was a mineable coin until it changed to 100% POS. Thus the mining code still is maintained within the software.

Also when I built the Qt, I ran it from a Clean repository:
