Still waiting for my withdrawal from Koinify, it's been more that 24 hours now...and yes I replied "YES" to email, even though it did not say to in the confirmation email... I hope we get some answers. I messaged Tom too and there has been no response yet... Anyone else having issues withdrawing from Koinify to Polo?
All withdrawals are processed, there defiantly was no 24 hour delay in approving and processing (at the time or writing, we haven't even had withdrawals open for 24 hours), we have a team around the clock 24/7 monitoring these. I'd suggest checking you sent it to the correct address, but there are no hanging or pending withdraws that ever sat in queue for anywhere close to 24 hours.
I sent to Polo yesterday, it took 3.5 hours to hit my account. Its Poloniex, I have chats from the customer support team saying the "GEMZ network is very slow today"... whatever that means. Regardless, I had a similar experience with Poloniex yesterday.
As for anybody else, you're being approved and processed when we see your 'YES' email.
Is there a time limit how long gemz can stay at koinify or doesn't it matter?
That's why I'm trying to get some, I spend all by my btc in GEMZ, I should have saved some, I was not aware that you need BTC to send counterparty assets
