You need fibre optic internet and to be located close to the nodes in the config file.

When will KGW be activated?
At block 180.
I heard from the PotCoin devs that KGW has a flaw. The PotCoin people fixed it already. I wonder if these devs know about it and have fixed it.

Pools are up now at around block 300. It is an ok launch since the first 200 blocks were 5 coins instead of 50. If you had set it to be the first 300 blocks the launch would have been pretty perfect.
step 1 learn how to solo mine like thunder
step 2 get some extra hash
when these 2 steps completed you will beg to hit fat blocks at launches...!
