Issue resolved, the Block was stuck on the SeedNode level had to reupload the a snapshot from the first mined blocks to unlock the whole mess!!!

I am sure you realised the Helium name is taken. HeliumPay is the name of the project, Helium is the name of the coin which is already listed.
