The plan was to implement PoS and then Zerocash along with some advertising. We just need an investor willing to front the BTC, or community BTC donations.
HeisenbergHex with top grade anon like zerocash, would bring a ton of investors.

Very true, and, I do have some but not enough!
I think the bigger picture is if other states follow this path. It will just become an "us against them" thing and nobody wins. I do believe there is time to show them the foolishness of this document and bring some sanity to the proposed law...

No dev, no community, no news since months, on some exchange there was no hex trade since june, dont expect a price increase, no one care about hex.
