So Helium will not do a snapshot . Instead exchange will be done via escrow. My initial impression was spreadcoin is still in our possession once snapshot was done. The diagram itself explains how to obtain Helium.

It’s nice to know that progress is being made every day on the Helium project.

This new digital currency is also offering both Service and Master Nodes.

The Helium network will be launching soon and there will be a coin distribution taking place after this.

The initial distribution of Helium (HLM) will be linked to the Spreadcoin (SPR) blockchain, where a snapshot will be taking place.

Please dont go with pool resistance pools arent the problem its asics. Pools lead to decentralization as long as the miners can move to the pools they want and there are multiple pools. The problem with no poos is the only people who will end up mining solo are big gpu farms and the 1 gpu or less powerful gpu miners will go to a coin which gives them a steady income even if they arent the one who finds a block.
